Moving Forward Faster
In collaboration with the Forward Foundation, RAAF (Bottomless Coffee Band) presents their latest
single Moving Forward Faster.
Esté and Lourens from RAAF were approached by Forward Foundation to create a song that speaks
of the work that we do in Raithby and the greater Western Cape. “Moving Forward Faster” tells the
story of community and how you never have to walk alone. Once Esté and Lourens were introduced
to Forward Foundation, it was evident to them that we do exactly that. We create a unique
environment within which participants can face their mountains with the support of their
community. The “Moving Forward Faster” music video was released in February 2022 during the
Raithby Forward Festival.
The music video was filmed in Raithby and features some of the foundation’s learners as well as
local residents. It aims to capture the heart of what the foundation stands for, create a community
suited to personal growth, enhance the development of the South African youth and move South
Africa forward, faster.

Our Programmes
Our programmes enable us to provide a range of innovative socio-economic development services to children, youth, schools, and communities. It is designed to educate, enable, support, and inspire participants.
Events
Our ECD (Early Childhood Development) Kinetix Programme is an integrated approach to training, supporting, and enabling ECD practitioners to confidently apply Kinderkinetics methods in their own learning environments.
Learnerships
Our Learnerships offer training and career path development and are aimed at fast-tracking the individuals enrolled in the different skills programmes through both theoretical and practical on-the-job training.
Sport Development
Our Sport Development programme is designed to help talented
athletes from under-resourced communities to reach their sport potential and to grow
their life skills and leadership abilities.
Project Raithby
Project Raithby encompasses an integrated sport, education, life skill and leadership development pathway for under-resourced children in Raithby and the surrounding areas.
